Here’s our Weekly Rewind on Dust of Music and we’ve got a lot to say to you! This week has been rich in line-up announcements, records and news. Let’s dive into this!

This week’s line ups : The Cure at Rock en Seine, Foo Fighters and Mumford & Sons at Hurricane, Muse et Pink at Werchter

This week was full of festival announcements with the first names of their 2019 edition! Some are recurrent, this is the case of The Cure who will not only walk the lawn of the Domaine National de St Clou  on Friday, August 23rd at Rock en Seine, but will rock at Rock Werchter with Mumford & Sons, P!nk and Muse announced this week, as well as at the Hurricane Festival in Germany. Foo Fighters will also be in Germany, and you can discover the first names below:

This week’s tune : It’s Not Living If It’s Not With You – The 1975

The 1975‘s next album, A Bried Inquiry Into Online Relationships, is eagerly awaited by fans! Still a little patience, the said album comes out at the end of next month. Nevertheless, the band continues to unveil some excerpts from the album, and it was the case this week with It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You). This very rhythmic track and synth sounds of the 80s will undoubtedly become a flagship title of the album! You can listen to it below:

This week’s debute studio record : Greta Van Fleet

After their first EP released last year, American group Greta Van Fleet is finally releasing its first album, Anthem Of The Peaceful Army and we will soon talk about it on Dust of Music. It goes without saying that the Kizska brothers and bassist Danny Wagner know what they’re doing and impress with their mastery and tribute to 70’s rock.

This week’s video : Warp Speed Chic by Arctic Monkeys

English band Arctic Monkeys was the subject of a short film, Warp Speed ​​Chic, showing them recording their latest album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino, in France. Ben Chappell, the director, followed the group and was able to capture unpublished excerpts of future songs from the album. He added to these images passages from recent concerts of the group he also filmed. All gives us an idea of ​​what happened during the recording of the album and its progress.

But good news for the fans of Hoobastank, the Californian group announced this week a European tour which will pass by our capital on February 3rd, 2019 at Trabendo.
